Grounded in nursing, guided by energy healing, devoted to whole-person wellness.
I am Jessica (Corliss) Stinson, a registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience in outpatient clinical research and integrative, whole-person care.
My path in traditional medicine naturally expanded into holistic practice through years of working closely with people navigating stress, illness, transition and healing. Over time, I came to understand that true well-being requires tending not only to the body, but also to the nervous system, the emotional landscape and the deeper layers of the human experience.
Today, my work blends my clinical nursing background with gentle, integrative healing approaches that support nervous system regulation, restoration and resilience. My primary offerings include Energy Healing & Reiki, End-of-Life Doula Support and Integrative Nursing & Wellness Consulting.
As a certified Level IV Reiki practitioner, I offer energy-based sessions that create space for deep relaxation, grounding and reconnection. My approach is gentle, supportive, and rooted in the understanding that the body holds an innate capacity to settle, rebalance and heal when given the right conditions.
As an end-of-life doula, I provide compassionate, steady support to individuals and families navigating the final chapters of life. This work is deeply meaningful to me and is informed by both my nursing background and my commitment to presence, dignity and comfort during times of transition.
In addition to my private practice, I serve as Operations Manager at Gather Wellness Center, where I’m honored to offer services within a collaborative and supportive healing community.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple intention: to offer calm, grounded, human-centered care that meets people where they are and supports the whole person — body, mind and spirit.
